Accessibility Statement - the fine print

Having said that, an accessibility statement discloses some or all of the ways a website has been optimized so it is accessible to everyone. Updates help ensure screen readers and other technologies can discover web content more easily. It includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to ensure access for all.

Different jurisdictions have different legal requirements of what should be included in a Accessibility Statement. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
